Each week, three female entrepreneurs step into the “Queen Boss Conference Room”, where they’ll pitch their products to a panel of celebrity judges including Vanessa Simmons, Lauren Lake, Kandi Burruss, Carla Hall, Mikki Taylor, Lisa Price, Rakia Reynolds, Angela Benton and Robin Wilson. The entrepreneurs are tested to see who has the product, passion, and potential to win the competition and be named Queen Boss. Natasha’s Just Brittle segment is planned for February 18 at 10 pm EST.

“While filming for Queen Boss, I delivered my pitch about the business behind Natasha’s Just Brittle as the judges sampled my top sellers: assorted artisan brittle, gourmet chocolates pecan clusters and our famously, delicious Brittle Popcorn. I selected a variety of my original flavors like Dulce de Leche, pistachio, cookies and cream. My pitch was well received and so was the product,” states Ms. Wainwright.

Natasha’s Just Brittle is slow-cooked, in small batches, with all fresh ingredients, including a proprietary blending of organic sugar, salted butter, fresh nuts, sea salt, spices and agave.  With over 30 flavors, her recipes do not incorporate corn syrup and have no preservatives, artificial coloring or flavoring. Each brittle has its own unique recipe blending different extracts and spices to get the most flavors from the nut that is used. Natasha’s Just Brittle was established in 2009, when Natasha Wainwright, a single mother, owner and operator of Progress Place Learning Center (PPLC), a daycare center, decided to give her students a lesson in business management to help illustrate the concept of business. The children made and sold cakes, cookies, smoothies, brownies and brittle. That summer the children earned $453 and the brittle out sold all other products and became a constant request from parents long after the class project ended. Natasha knew she was onto something spectacular. These experiences lead Natasha to create an all-natural brittle product and “Natasha’s Just Brittle” was born.
