Help reclaim the future for millions by participating in the Harford County Walk to End Alzheimer’s®. Hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Maryland Chapter, the event provides an opportunity for the community to learn about Alzheimer’s disease and how to get involved with this critical cause, from advocacy opportunities and clinical trial enrollment, to support programs and services.

Registration begins at 9 a.m., when walkers can drop off donations, pick-up t-shirts, take team photos, and decorate posters and promise garden flowers. They also can enjoy refreshments provided by Giant Food and Frito Lay.

At 10 a.m., 105.7 the Fan Anchor Scott Garceau will emcee a powerful opening ceremony focusing on the mission of the Alzheimer’s Association and honoring those affected by Alzheimer’s disease.

Everyone is encouraged to stay after the 2.5-mile walk for fun activities for the family including the Making Memories Kids’ Corner and music by DJ Ray Sanchez.

Participants can register as individuals or teams. Registration is free and those who raise at least $100 will receive a Walk to End Alzheimer’s t-shirt.
