 2 Day Plein Air Workshop at the Baltimore Museum of Industry

Instructor: The talented Bruno Baran - March 16th and March 17th from 9am-4pm

Class will take place in the classroom of the BMI - Working with photos and weather permitting, the class will paint plein air on the grounds of the BMI or from the back gallery overlooking the harbor

Saturday morning will include discussions and demos... Discussion on patterns of light & shade through observation... Where to look? Cross light vs. flat light and time of day considerations

The class will complete several basic line drawings with an emphasis on value divisions and spacial cueing... creating several 2 and 4 value studies.... then onto painting and interpreting light & shade into cool and warm colors!  What FUN!
