Cooking Class - The Farmers Market

Spring time may signal the start of the Farmers Market but Fall is when all the great vegetables and squash show up! Meet Chef Pellegrino at Corks at 7am on the following Sunday mornings, then head to the Farmers Market under Rt. 83 in downtown to forage for whatever is fresh and local. Chef will introduce you to many of the purveyors and answer questions about what they have on their tables. Then head back to the upstairs kitchen at Corks where the class will prepare a minimum of four courses while sipping on some sparkling wine. Each class costs $60, inclusive.
