We received a letter from LANDRY's Restaurants, Inc., the restaurant powerhouse that owns concepts like Seafood House, Chart House & Rainforest Cafe Inc announcing that effective April 30, 2010 all OCEANAIRE SEAFOOD ROOM locations "were acquired by and will be operated as a wholly owned subsidiary of  LANDRY's RESTAURANTS." No changes expected as the company was bought/brought out of bankruptcy.Expect just fine fresh food, wine and service.
